This is the IBExpert Customer download area. You need to enter your valid IBExpert license keys to access this area. The most current IBExpert customer version is always available here:

How to download the IBExpert Customer Version:

You must enter the login data, which you received with your license e-mail. If the login produces a page error 404, this is typically due to one of the following reasons:

The data you entered was not the most current user name and password combination, please check your e-mails for the latest license e-mail.
You are using an invalid user name and password combination.
Your license has expired. (The expiration date is written in your license e-mail: updates included until...)
If your customer license has expired, you should go to our shop at http://www.ibexpert.net/shop and order the relevant Software Assurance product from the product group IBExpert Software Assurance.
If your browser goes directly to the error 404 and you don't even get the modal dialog to enter your customer access information, please check any pop-up blockers and reconfigure to allow pop-ups for this site.

The license e-mail is sent with the subject IBExpert License Keys to the customer contact e-mail supplied with your customer registration information within 24 hours of processing your order. If you haven't received this mail within this period, please check your Spam folder before asking register@ibexpert.com to resend the keys.

Once you have registered your IBExpert license you can then rapidly download all future updates, without having to enter your name and access keys each time, using the IBExpert Help menu item, IBExpert Customer Area. For details please refer to the IBExpert online documentation chapter, IBExpert Customer Area.

If your virus software complains of an infected file: We have tested all releases on http://www.virustotal.com/ with more than 40 virus scanners. Our program file is not infected, even though some scanners may react a little confused about our anti-crack protection software from Themida.
