IBExpert Software Assurance

All registered licenses include all software versions, both major and minor updates, published in the 12 months following purchase date.

After this 12 month period it is possible to extend this update eligibility by purchasing IBExpert Software Assurance (formerly known as License Extensions). This entitles you to download all new published software versions for a further 12 months. Software Assurance can of course also be purchased, if wished, for a period of 2 years or longer. Please mail us and we will send you a written offer.

Software Assurance can be purchased at any time during the 12 month period that your license is valid. Any remaining time on your current valid license will be added onto the Software Assurance period. Should the update period have expired, it is possible to purchase Software Assurance within 12 months of the license expiry date. If you wish to purchase Software Assurance for multiple licenses (Starter packs), it is necessary to update all registered licenses.

If your registered license or software assurance expired more than 12 months ago, you will need to purchase a new license.

To extend the update eligibility of your registered license you can order the relevant software assurance directly in our online shop or by email to info@ibexpert.com, not forgetting to quote the License ID(s) of the registered license(s).
