Terms & conditions

The following Terms & conditions apply specifically to our training, coaching and workshop courses and are supplementary to our main General terms & conditions, which can be referred to here.

Registration

You can register by phone, in writing, by fax or by e-mail. The registration is simultaneously an acceptance and recognition of the terms and conditions of participation. You will then receive a confirmation by return (date of contract conclusion). As the number of places for each course is limited, acceptance of registrations is determined in the order that they are received.

Cancellation and right of withdrawal

You may withdraw your application up to 14 days before the course begins at no charge. Should you cancel your registration within 13 days leading up to the start of the course (the first day of the course is not included in this period), or fail to appear, the fees are to be paid in full. We retain the right to cancel the event for organizational reasons (for example, insufficient number of participants or illness of a speaker). In the situation of a cancellation on our part, we will do our best to offer you to an alternative venue and/or date that is agreeable to yourself. Otherwise you will be reimbursed all fees paid and no further liability or claims shall exist.

Fees

The fees include lunch and refreshments. All prices are quoted net sales tax/VAT (as IBExpert KG is located in Germany, we are obliged to charge the standard rate of sales tax/VAT - currently 19%). The fees for attendance at our seminars are due 30 days before the seminar begins. An intermittent or partial attendance does not entitle you to a fee reduction.

Copyright

We reserve all rights, including the translation, reprint and reproduction of training material or parts thereof. No part of the training material � including extracts thereof - may be reproduced without our express written permission, not even for educational and/or training purposes, in particular processed, copied or distributed digitally or used for public reproduction.

Copyright and trademark rights

Software is used in our seminars, which is protected by copyright and trademark law. This software may not be copied or processed in any machine-readable form, and may not be removed from the seminar room.

Liability

Instruction and exercises in our seminars are designed so that an attentive participant can attain the training objectives. We however accept no liability for the level of actual learning success. We accept liability for intentional or grossly negligent damages caused by our employees � regardless of legal grounds � to a total single sum of the total fees, not more however than a total sum of EUR 25,000.00. There will be no further liability.
