+49 (0) 4408 98367-45 We offer you billing by the minute, realized by a new telephone system. You use a Prepaid Support Card with which you have booked a fixed contingent at a reasonable price. When you call our hotline number (not an expensive 0190 number!), just enter your Support Card number and you are directly transferred to one of our privileged telephones. Following entry of your card number our computer informs you of your remaining support time credit. You are able to quickly and easily take advantage of our Delphi®, Firebird and InterBase® know-how. We aim to make our hotline available on working days from 09:00 to 17:00 (CET) – and often later. Should the hotline be busy or no expert be available to give your problem prompt attention, your call will not be charged. The HK Support Hotline is also available to countries outside Germany. If you wish to use our hotline, then please order in our online shop or download and complete our support order form and send it to us by fax or post. We will inform you of the support card number, which you need to input at the beginning of your support call, along with the invoice. Your can then use your time credits, calculated to the nearest minute, whenever you need support. Experience has shown that the majority or our support calls last 3-10 minutes. During this period, you can receive concrete help that can save you or your programmers man hours or even days, and avoid wrong decisions. Our hotline can be used by as many employees as you wish.
