We provide billing by the minute, and when you call our hotline number you are transferred directly to someone who can help.

You are able to quickly and easily take advantage of our Firebird, InterBase®, IBExpert, Lazarus, Delphi® or FastReport® know-how. We aim to make our hotline available on working days from 09:00 to 17:00 (CET) (and even after office hours by appointment or in the case of an emergency). Should the hotline be busy or no expert be available to give your problem prompt attention, your call will not be charged. The IBExpert KG Support Hotline is also available to countries outside Germany.

If you wish to use our hotline, then you can simply call the above number. You will receive an invoice for the billing time at the end of the month. Alternatively you can order prepaid packages at a favorable rate in our online shop or mail your order to info@ibexpert.com. Following payment you can then use your time credits, calculated to the nearest minute, whenever you need support. Experience has shown that the majority or our support calls last 3-10 minutes. During this period, you can receive concrete help that can save you or your programmers man hours or even days, and avoid wrong decisions. Our hotline can be used by as many employees as you wish.
