IBExpert functions
The following IBExpert functions are available in IBEBlock:

| ibec_CreateModelScript | Creates an SQL script from a specified Database Model file. |
| ibec_DisableFeature | Disable all or selected IBExpert menu items. |
| ibec_EnableFeature | Use to blend in only those IBExpert menu items, which you wish the user to see. |
| ibec_GetIBEVersion | Returns a string representation of the IBExpert/IBEScript version used. |
