Why we request this information

We have developed the IBExpert Company Year Edition for our customers, who would like to work with IBExpert software in their virtual environment or who would like to use IBExpert software on multiple computers without machine unlock codes.

We would like to treat all customers equally fairly, so that for example, single developers have the opportunity to use the Company Year Edition at more favorable conditions than companies with up to 1,000 employees.

Therefore, we kindly request that you answer all questions honestly, so that we can continue to offer you our Company Year Edition in 4 editions and, as a software manufacturer, are not forced to offer the Company Year Edition only in one variant at higher costs.

Enter all information about your company / group of companies in full, as well as all locations with addresses, and do not forget to check the box I confirm the accuracy of the above information and agree to immediately notify IBExpert of any changes before saving. Please update your data regularly, preferably once a year.

If you do not wish to answer these questions, we cannot offer you our IBExpert Company Year Edition.

All other software products from our company are also available to you.

The IBExpert Company Year Edition is location-based and may only be used by companies with a single location.
The IBExpert Company Year Edition may not be used by companies with more than 1,000 employees.
The IBExpert Company Year Edition S is exclusively for single programmers/developers.

The IBExpert Company Year Edition may

• not be used on any client hardware.
• only be used on hardware owned, rented or leased by the software user.
• only be used by employees of the software user on hardware owned by the software user.

Following expiration of the 12 month period, the right to use the IBExpert Company Year Edition automatically expires, and a complete new activation of the software product is required.
