Database repair

Problems with your database? Need help quickly?

If you are confronted with a damaged or corrupt database, we may well be able to help you. With our many years and wide range of experience, we can often provide a rapid solution without even having to come out and visit you (thus saving expensive travel costs and expenses).

Simply send a copy of your database compressed as a ZIP or 7Z file. Please ensure as far as possible that single ZIP files are no larger than 10MB (most ZIP applications allow you to pack into multiple files) ideally on a USB stick or drive and send it to us (postal address here) or, if the database is smaller than 50MB, you can mail it to us at: info@ibexpert.com. If your database is too large to pack and send to us, mail us for an FTP upload address.

Please don't forget to mention which software you are using and which Firebird version is in use.

We will analyze your database totally free of charge, and contact you with an estimate before performing any repair work (as far as a repair is possible). In our experience, we can repair the majority of databases within 2-8 hours.

Any data media supplied will be returned and charged separately if wished.
